Bungie has stated that you can use objectives(like a flag) with armor ability's in custom games if you set it to allow it. Also the hologram ability was mentioned in a magazine back in January.

Risk: Black Ops is beautiful and I promise to care for it, always.

Oh boy can't wait, if they can pull off the co op then this could be a real contender to reach for my game of the year.
