Chances are extremely high that's exactly what will happen, I'm not going to bother -- I can see their servers going down the weekend everyone tries to unsubscribe and getting dinged with a monthly payment by missing the deadline.

They specifically released titles that have recent or upcoming sequels -- it's all a marketing stunt designed to get you to buy those new releases.

Little Big Planet 2 just came out, Infamous 2 is coming out soon, Killzone 3 is coming out soon, Ratchet and Clank has another title upcoming, etc.

If the game's 6 weeks out, then the development window closed an awfully long time ago.
