Glad to know there are people in video games journalism that show an appreciation for the Soul Blazer trilogy. I started with Illusion of Gaia, which remains one of my favorite SNES games. Soul Blazer was great as well, and though I've gotten far in Terranigma I never finished it. Nintendo and Square-Enix's lack of recognition of this series and their reluctance to release this wonderful titles on the Virtual Console is such a shame.
Funny enough, I use my handheld systems at home the most. They're great when on the john, and also when I'm bored and lying in my bed. Handheld gaming right before bed is enjoyable too.
I just download the OnLive app for my Xperia Play and literally just got done playing some Deus Ex: Human Revolution on it. Streaming was REALLY good with only an occasional lag or artifact. Analog touchpads take some getting used to, but it blew me away. Unfortunately, the OnLive controller has more buttons than the Xperia Play, so I was unable to crouch. Not sure how they'll fix that. I checked the OnLive controls but nothing was showing up. Weird.
