I really want to believe this, but I've played Soul Calibur 5 and the character selection screen portraits are represented by 3D models, aren't they? I hope I'm wrong.

I'm really glad! It had it's good times and it's... erm... bad times. But Sonic still has a rich histrory and it would be a shame to throw it all away. Having it there to look at but not touch is a great idea.

That was amazing! What a trailer!!!! You can tell they're taking this really seriously.

I'd love a fleshed out story mode. Ideally something like (but not to the extent of) Shenmue where you can walk around and get caught up in fights with street thugs etc.

Seriously Nintendo, you want the 3DS to be a success? Here it's easy:

Fully 3D Pokemon RPG for the 3DS like all the hand held games before it, but also has a camera item so you can run around and take photos of all the Pokemon you see using the 3DS gyro sensor ala Pokemon Snap. Then people can exchange them via street pass etc.

Seriously why isn't the only thing you develop?

Fair enough. Yeah it goes look a little forced but I won't pass judgement until I get a hold of it myself. Also if the battery rumours turns out to have some truth to it that could be another reason for a lot of people to buy it.

To be honest though I've never had any trouble with my battery
