Sorry but Gears of War 2 was Gears of War 1.5. It was basically an expansion pack. And with broken multiplayer it barely deserves to be called Gears of War 1.5.
No doubt it was a was one of the best expansion packs ever (when looked at it like that) but when looked as a sequel; it just isn't good enough to be the best of '08.

Grand Theft Auto IV should have raped Gears 2.

The Graphics are not last gen! and, the truth? I'd pay $120 just for the story and improved multiplayer, but the graphics are good, it sounds like you are a halo hater to me. I'm not sure if ill get the beta (via Crackdown) because I dont want to ruin it.
