I've been a huge fan of the Joystiq Podcast for a while now, and I was extremely excited to see the new podcast pop up today.

Then I listened to the podcast and I was pretty disappointed. This new format just feels too choppy and less fun to be honest.

When the new podcast was announced, based on what I heard on the last Joystiq Podcast, I thought it would retain mostly the same format, but it would have a rotating panel of Joystiq writers with the occasional guest for certain big name game roundtables.

I'll keep listening, but I just found myself bored while listening, like it was talk radio. Please just give the show a better flow and try to have more people than just Chris and the guest in each segment. Hopefully this is just some kinks in the first episode.

Don't get me wrong. Still love the site and it's writers, but this episode was just a huge letdown.

Could someone explain to me why so many people on here are getting their panties in a bunch? The content is still the exact same month-to-month as it would have been. The only difference now is that the updates are coming twice a month, instead of four times a month.

I'm gonna guess that it will cost about $230. The 3DS technology has got to cost a pretty penny, so I expected it to be quite a bit higher than the DSi.
