I've got to say, this looks pretty bad. It looks like a tacky, low-budget arcade game made by a sub-par developer, but I may yet be proven wrong. This game signals the return to the graphical style of the traditional series. What were they thinking? This is what I call de-evolution. Far too much of an Anime influence for my liking, if it was Manga, then I wouldn't mind, but this looks terrible. What's going on at Nintendo? They seem to be regressing. None of their forthcoming titles excite me. Have they run out of creativity? Is such a thing even possible?
"The best way to create those types of visuals on screen is with characters that are somewhat over exaggerated. That's something that doesn't look good with hyper realistic style graphics."
One game?! Nuh uh! You get all ten 'free'. That's quite a mistake there...
None of the those titles are particularly enticing though except for perhaps Little Big Planet, Need For Speed: Shift and Gran Turismo, but I'd rather go out and buy a PS3 for those if they were truly worth forking out for and I actually had enough spare time to play video games a lot [I don't have time for console gaming these days]. To be honest, I couldn't care less for the rest of that line-up. I don't understand why Sony allow companies keep making portable versions of home console games. Sony would make much more sales of their handheld systems if they sponsored unique games that are innovative and designed solely for portable consoles. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to make that realisation. Everyone should avoid buying this and force Sony to radically drop the price. They'll need to clear their stock one way or another. Be consumer-smart.
For me, the Ninendo 3DS looks a much more interesting proposition. With titles such as:
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3DS Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater 3D "The Naked Sample" Assassin's Creed: Lost Legacy Pilotwings Resort Shin Megami Tensei
All of which I plan to buy.
I really want to see Killer Instinct Gold, Goldeneye, Turok 2, Blast Corps, Shenmue 1 & 2, Red Dead Redemption, Link's Awakening, GTA IV, Fight Night: Round 4, Duke Nukem, Extreme G, and Majora's Mask on it as well.
No, I said it still looks ugly, but I'll probably get it regardless. I just think they could have made more of an effort with the design, but hey, who's to say this is the final design, right? I think the clamshell concept is tired and a little too retro for my liking. I want something that looks futuristic. This looks like a flattened Nintendo SP. It's 2010 people, I'm sure they can come up with something more attractive than this.

Jun 21st 2010 12:44PM (Joystiq)1] 3D Hyrule Market as Adult Link
2] Loads of enemies on Hyrule Field as Adult Link
3] Use bow while riding Epona and being able to use Epona around Hyrule Castle.
4] Triforce, just for the sake of it.
5] New enemies, new music, new items [hidden], treasure quests.
6] More dungeons [even one would do!]/sidequests
7] Much harder difficulty, especially the bosses, certainly Ganondorf/Ganon anyway.
8] Simple Sword combos...
9] Better dialogue, improved plot.
