PS3 may miss production goals ... again

Nov 21st 2006 1:23PM (Joystiq)
I try to not to be biased. But with the PS2 issues. (Yes I got one before and after the first revision and had issues with both). I am really lossing faith in the Playstation.

I got the Wii and no launch complications. It is nice to really want a system and to be able to get it with no snags or concerns if this product make it a year.

PS3 and Wii: A tale of two launch lines

All I gotta say is that there was need to wait in line for a Wii. Unless you are lazy and did not take the initiative to preorder one.

I got out of my warm car, walked into the store and was out within 30 minutes. Definately, a lower chance of getting robbed or shot.

One PS3 bundle to rule them all

This bundle is good, but it is filling. (Throws the PS3 out of the car window)

PS3: HDMI doesn't like you

response to #9.

You have the option to download content and provide Microsoft with your credit card. You do not have to give that info to play games.

PS3. Hmm, wont even boot to give me the option. You get the option to look at a blank screen. Fun!!!

The Snickers is the only thing that satisfies in that bundle.

You should point the finger at the idiots who would shell out the money for these auctions, not Joystiq. They are the one's who allow this to happen.

PS3 campers shot outside Kentucky Best Buy

Getting shot by a BB gun is probably less painful than spending $600.00 on a PS3.

Geez, you could get a XBOX 360 and a Nintendo Wii for less than that price. In addition, not get shot while waiting for them.

Madden Wii explained by developers

Oct 20th 2006 8:25PM (Joystiq)
I think that people are missing the point of the Nintendo Wii.

They not designing this system for the gamer who never leaves their room and has a mini fridge full of Mountain Dew and Hot Pockets so they can game, drink, and eat at the same time.

This is a system that your parents, their parents, and your siblings can all play together regardless of their gaming skills.

So if you want hardcore no sunlight or physical activity gaming, this is not the system for you. However, if you want something you can do with others or family and get off you butt and put down the twinkee fun, the Nintendo Wii is for you.
