Emulators are 100% legal so there can be no C&D.

They are very much a gray area though, only Google is willing to let them in their app store.

The compression we will be seeing on these games will be VERY LOSSY.

I don't want such an insane amount of lossy compression in my games.

I share the same views as Kojima when it comes to compression.

Lossless compression or no compression at all.
