That list of games (Fallout, Planescape: Torment, Baldur's Gate, Daggerfall, Diablo) are some of my absolute favourite games ever, and I'm even more of a SNES RPG kind of guy. Loved this article.

@PhantomPirate Hmm, someone hasn't taken a look at the eShop lately have they? There's already a pretty sizable number of really great downloadable games on there. It's kind of surprising, but Nintendo looks like they're in it to win it with the eShop these days.

@baby sea tuna I really think it depends on how many of those people are choosing to take them with them AND leave them in Sleep mode. I get Street Pass tags all the time from other people who live in my apartment building, but I've never once gotten them while out and about, mainly because of the lack of pedestrian culture in my city but also because I just don't think many people think to take it with them places. It's likely a mode that Japan gets a lot more out of.

If this is true, I really, really hope they don't mess up the subject matter. Colonial history is a pretty touchy subject and considering how well media has portrayed First Nations and Native American characters in the past (with only a few exceptions, extremely poorly), I'm feeling a little bit frightened by this prospect.

If I see ANY noble savage bullshit, I'm so done with this series.

@Vic Fontaine It doesn't really have anything to do with the Xeno series. It's in fact a little closer to some sort of wonderful hybrid between SNES RPGs and Final Fantasy XII, minus a lot of boring exposition. For a Takashi game, the story is delightfully not even really that big of an issue.

@NathanDTS - Nice try! Too bad Wii Sports Resort is legit amazing.
