Well. Were it not free, the DLC would have gone under media reviews, with criticism like "feels like stuff they should have put in the game beforehand" or "overpriced and déjà-vu". So, unless this is really worthy of our money, somebody in Ubi was clever enough to set it free, and earn those "fan appreciation and loyalty" in the process. Happy me and happy us.
