Or, and this is a total shot in the dark here, it could be because of a finite -- even small -- amount of relationships available to your character? We can't expect them to write some gay guy into the story just to "even things up".

Of course people who know all about the PS3 aren't going to buy it because of this; but it's simply a fact that free attention is good except in the very worst of circumstances.

Random Brit Guy, who was only vaguely aware that there was a "new PlayStation" out there, hears this story and decides to see what game all the fuss is about. So he goes to the store and looks, and thinks it looks pretty awesome. Then he notices that he has to buy the "new PlayStation" if he wants to play it. Then he sees the cost and probably doesn't. But if a million Random Brit Guys do that, then a lot of them are going to have the money to burn.

I'm sure this was hilarious to you, and I don't begrudge you your fun, but I trust you realize that every Blizzard game since WarCraft the First has been released simultaneously on PC and Mac alike? EA getting into the game just means a lowering of the bar.

From the Bungie link: "The Collector’s edition includes a bound “art book” called the Bestiarum – a guide to the species and civilizations of the Halo Universe. Legendary Edition purchasers get an expanded multimedia version of the same material" . . .

This would seem to indicate that there is material included in the Collector's edition that is NOT also in the Legendary edition -- such as a PHYSICAL art book.

If true, this would mean that HEAD ASPLODE

I desperately miss the light gray Wavebirds. I can't bring myself to buy the "50s sci fi" silver model.

I hope everyone realizes that Mario Paint is right at the f*&%ing top of the list of "Games begging for a Wii sequel/remake"
