This is why CoD doesn't release a beta for fans to play. You all would assume that it is the same game you are buying and not getting any patches and then begin the complaining and canceling pre-orders. Thank you EA for allowing people on the fence a chance to try the game out before we get the physical copy. This way we can find the problems before hand and correct them early. CoD multiplayer is far from perfect and most of the time Activision doesn't get patches out for at least 3-4 months after you have given them your money. So stop whining and help EA and Dice give you the best game they can. If you don't like the game then stop reading articles about it and wasting the time of people who are interested in it by putting your ridiculous comments about how it is the worst game ever compared to CoD.

What is amazing to me is that everyone automatically bashes something that isn't even released yet. I do not know if this is a good or bad thing. I need to see how they manage this. Then I will make a love or bash it. Its just funny how everyone loved Netflix and now that the price went up everyone wants to bash anything they do.

Every system in this world has an exploit. That is how hackers work. There is no such thing as the perfect system. 4+ years of everyday use and no one hacked them. So no I do not think this was an obvious exploit that anyone could have come across. It could be a former employee. Could be someone that has been trying very hard to find that crack. So to assume that they just let someone take the information is unrealistic.

I swear. I like the reporting on Joystiq but reading the comments makes me sad. This is about as bad as reading a political comment section on yahoo.com. On that note, I thought we lived in the 21st century. This was always a real possibility. So if someone plans a bank robbery do you blame the bank for not having enough security? I don't think Microsoft servers are anymore safe than Sony. This was obviously a clever hacker who had to have this planned out. Plus, I have no doubt that this is about the ongoing issues that Sony is having with GeoHot. Sony has been getting a lot of crap for that issue and I guess they upset the wrong nerds. And yes I know no one does a bank robbery anymore, that is because they can just hack the website and get your information that way.

Thanks. It seems everyone lets their bias cloud the fact that some idiots decided to break into a server and STEAL information and put millions of people into this situation.

You know.. How about everyone wait until the game is out before you start bashing it? What is there to be "concerned" about? Its a sequel made from the same crew. How about not letting idiots rule your opinion? Pre-judgements about something before you have played or seen anything will make you not enjoy the experience because your dead set on it not being good from the beginning. So just chill.. you only got 3 more weeks before you can make a REAL opinion.

Not to sound like a fanboy but really? One song will tell you how the album sounds. So your saying that every album that you have every heard doesn't have a mediocre songs on it? So the point of my rant is this, how about we hold off on the LP bashing until the album is out. Why must a successful group always have such passionate haters? They have had some amazing songs so give them credit and listen before you speak.

How many games are you playing 14 months later.. and if you don't like the game the playstation plus subscription saved you from a long lasting mistake. Plus, did you REALLY expect for 50 dollars to be getting 20 dollar games every month to KEEP? I mean.. are you serious? So stop with the old and tired "its a rental" conversation.. I got Gamefly and I love that I have saved myself a ton of money by just renting games. If you don't like the services stop reading the posts on it hater..

Its good to see Sony really taking charge of Home.. it was an interesting idea that lacked the backing it needed to get going. Something Sony seems to be doing a lot of now a days.. Now if they could just make rooms for games as they come out and let you launch a game from them... that might make people go inside Home more. Or even make a shop inside a room so that you can just buy DLC from the room..

Or maybe.. the games this past 2 months have sucked. When Call of Duty: Black Ops, Gears of War 3, Gran Trusimo 5, etc.. (add whichever game your looking foward too) show up. I think they will be like.. "Oh, money.. now we can stop thinking of ways to ruin the gaming industry."
