I think that this was put into the game as kind of a parody. There is one boy in the dorm that you are able to kiss and it's also the one boy that you see beating people up in the hallways all the time. It is a classic stereotypical case of a homosexual male covering up his homosexuality by resorting to violence against the weaker kids in the school. But of course when you go up to him and start talking you get the option of giving him a bouquet of flowers which spurs on the ability to then give him a kiss, where he responds with, "I'm a lover, not a fighter" It's actually pretty humorous in that Rockstar way.
