1. They manage to stabilize long enough until a big release and they go up from there. 2. They keep hemorrhaging funds until they crash at which point they are sold in an effort to recoup any losses. 3. They sell off some studios in hopes of gaining enough funds to finish other large scale projects that pan out. 4. They push out a release to try to hold out until its next release.
i can see 2 or 3 happening. Not sure about 1 since i have no idea how well UFC games sell normally since its their only release for the next little while. I really hope we don't see 4.
Sucks to see bad business decisions affecting so many people's lives. Most of the games left are Big core games so they will find a home somewhere else, that many people laid off in this economy is the big problem here.
Its a privacy breach, i'm surprised this is legal. I understand the logic behind the move and i feel that it will improve the forums by having people think before they attach idiocy to their names. Having said that, unless they only stick to new forums and posts i don't see how this is legal. They can't change established posts without our consent. So lets just hope they go about it the right way.
I for one will be using the starcraft II and cataclysm forums and think it will be an improvement if handled the right way.
