this is a good deal. Raam is 15 by itself and the next dlc will be a new mp mode and five additional maps. You won't get that deal with Call of Crappy.
Then it makes perfect sense to put something on sale people would really go for. I'm just saying, XBL has a huge library of games and content. All digital. This Black Friday sale sucks a big one.
