I remember when it first came out people were saying it wasn't a true smartphone like the BlackBerry, WinMo, Symbian, etc.

Because that's what's happening with me right now on XP with IE8, and it's extremely inconvenient.

I feel the same way.
I like the new design, it's pretty, informative, and pretty well thought-out.

But I have a hard time reading the content because of the new fonts. It really needs a change.

Also I think the comment boxes need to highlight the usernames a lot more. And some adjusting to highlight the hierachal structure.

Right now I can't easily tell who's who and who's replying to who.

But otherwise an ambitious and excellent update.

This gave me that nudge to finally pick up Half-Life 2, which I've been meaning to try out since it came out... in 2004.

Cost only like $6. What a bargain.

LG really needs to modernize their logo.
That outdated logo is such an ugly eyesore that completely tarnishes what is otherwise a sleek, clean look.

I mean, seriously. At least get rid of the circle logo and just go with the letters LG.
Completely ruins the look.

Haha, the original article actually says that the "S-Class UI" is a culmination of a year of research by User Interface team, which consists of "100" people.

I really liked the concept of this, since I don't like the overhead processing required by a full application such as RocketDock, but wanted a light-weight application that could replicate the easy accessibility of the Leopard-style stacks.

However, for me, it seems extremely slow when opening up the stacks, making the application pretty much unbearable for use. Hopefully the author will make some improvements on later versions.

The UI looks nice and seems promising, but I really hope they optimize the thing before the actual release.

At the current state, the interface seems to be too unresponsive and slow.
