I like how Bioware's going down the Call of Duty road. Instead of improving on a good game, they change it to appeal to more people and it seems to be working.
- Hack and slash combat
- dialogue wheel
- ANOTHER WAVE!
- this out of place music
- etc.

I'm with you on that feeling. Multiple endings and the decision-based gameplay is what's getting me excited for the game. I'm definitely picking up Witcher 2 over DA2. The DA2 demo left me so disappointed it was hard for me to play through the whole thing. After experiencing the dialogue wheel for the first time today (I haven't played Mass Effect), I can say that it pretty much killed the game for me, especially with the face symbols that appear whenever you mouseover a dialogue choice.

I've played the first SSX game to death and loved the bright atmosphere it had, so don't get me wrong, but still. I'm kind of amazed at the amount of negativity coming from watching a trailer.
