Oh, I knew it WASN'T Oogie Boogie, and after googling Phantom Blot it's obvious they redesigned him. They might have taken inspiration from Oogie Boogie, though. Just saying that they looked similar.

That big paint splodge looked a lot like Oogie Boogie from Nightmare Before Christmas. Which, I guess, makes sense, seeing as though it's owned by Disney (I think). I'll probably get this game, it looks really promising.

I totally agree. I don't know why so many people hate him, I know he gets a bit too excited about his games and passes off ideas as truths but I think he's a great guy. Fable 1 and 2 are both my all time favourite games and I've already put in my pre-order for Fable 3 collectors edition.
