I think the 360 update hits today, so lame timnig for gametrailers, they could have waiting a few hours and done a better comparison.

Virtua Fanboy- Sony couldnt afford t.two. It's a steal at under 2 billion, but they couldnt do it. MS could do it easily, that is a smallish chunk of their cash they have laying around.

Those movies expire anwyays, so what do you care about keeping them for?

As far as content, who cares? the cable is for SAVEGAMES first and formost, you can re-download all your bought stuff lickety split.

I know your purchased stuff will want you to be online to sue it if on a new xbox, but who cares? it's designed to be online 24/7 anyways.

To the guy wodnerabout his gamercard: You mean your live account? It has very little to do w/ your console, you can move it around from 360 to 360 constantly if you wish. You will need some way to move savegames though. I dunno about any ms solution other than memory cards for that, but you could use Datel's voerprice pc adaptor for the 360 HD, yank everything off, and toss it onto the new drive, maybe.

It will pause the DL on 360 if it checks in w/ live, it wil lresume without letting you know however, so this may be why some people think it always stops, it doesnt, it downloads during singleplayer play, but will pause any time it check into live for anything (leaderboard etc...) and then resume. You seem to only get the download stopped message, but if you elt that singpelayer GoW level sit there, the file would eventually complete. Try it with something like a 200mb trailer that will only take a couple mintues to downlaod, start the DL, start GoW in SP, make a sandwich, exit GoW and your DL will be finished. It absolutley DOEs DL while you play, because I've never let my xbox sit and download since they added background DLing, I'm always playing a 360 game while things download, and I download every demo. If it really didnt cownload in the background while you play I wouldnt have ANY demos.

these guys made boiling point, which would have been great if they were competent. lots of good stuff, but TONS of bugs and just plain oddities. If it passes cert, it should be good.
