The load times were terrible and the 3d graphics effects were incredibly lacking compared to the PSX version, but it was hard to not root for the underdog system back then.
I'm glad they're rereleasing this. It was one of my favorite shmups, especially for the music. I remember the arcade emulator had a incredible amount of bass in it's music, don't think that's going to be the same though for the home release. Still going to be a day 1 purchase.
The Hammer of Justice buff doesn't seem that outrageous. You now get one six second stun on a 10 second CD.
Prot warriors right now have a 1 second stun with their charge that gives rage, a 4 second cone stun on a 20 second CD, and a 5 second stun on a 30 second CD. The last two stuns actually do a considerable amount of damage on top of their effects too unlike Hammer of Justice. I'm definitely going to pick up both talents though since Hammer also interrupts spells and that's something I've been clamoring about for a while.
