If you want to donate directly to devs and get DRM-free products, then this is for you. If you want to pay Valve AND the dev, and have the games only accessible through Steam for the rest of your life, then this is not for you.
Gamestop already has its fair share of customers, and I don't think people understand, but giving things away for free is not a business plan. OnLive is not something that many people use or care about to begin with. If Gamestop is smart, they will just add another tier to the PowerUp card for $10-20 a year extra. This would be kind to wallet's, and it would allow them to keep their service working to potential.
I could have sworn I read about this on here months ago, must have been on a European forum. I think they've had this bundle over there for a couple of months.
@mezzb I'm not saying its a terrible system, but there was definitely room for improvement. That's generally why a sequel would receive a perfect score, because it took what worked well for the previous installment in the series and improved on it in some manner. I honestly can't say that I can speak of the combat system myself as the game has yet to come out, but I have high hopes.
So you're saying that the melee system(one of the two types of combat that is essential to the game) is exactly the same as Oblivion? How can you give this game a perfect 5? You must have some reason other than OMG DRAGONZ!!! lol
@Slomoshun It may be a similar game, but it clearly has NEW content. Its going to feel new, because you are experiencing the game for the first time. This isn't like Sonic Generations where they literally use the same levels they have had since the Sega Genesis. Its clear that the reviewer enjoys playing the Call of Duty games, so what is fake about his opinion? How about you actually play the game and write a review yourself if you're going to act all high and mighty.
@silasthemariner There is a $5 skin pack that has all of the preorder and other exclusive skins in it. The Robin DLC is $6.99, as well as the Noghtwing DLC for the same price. I work at Gamestop, and that's what they told us earlier this week. So if you go to Gamestop you can buy those packs there. Not sure if there is another way to get them yet.
