Anyway, this game sounds promising. Hopefully it will be something quite special when its finished! :-)

Just a long shot, but perhaps it's release dependant? Did the game get tweaked after release, with newer copies having a different sound? Or maybe its random? Mine still says 'yahoo', both before and after I completed everything.

A lot of DC games can be compressed. I've seen some DC 'backup' disks where they have compiled several games onto one CD. I agree though, an external hard-drive (or at least a 4GB usb type device!) would be essential if their download service takes off.

my apologies if these has been mentioned elsewhere but the dreamcast is awesome for two reasons:

1) most DC's can play homebrew without any need to be modified!

2) Powerstone. Why, oh why was this never ported to Xbox Live?

In my opinion, any gamer worth their salt should own a Dreamcast with both Powerstone games. Even today me and my friends still play it on a regular basis!

wow, thats awesome! Problem is, I've had a few run-ins with the guys at my local CEX and refuse to shop there. Shame really, because the other CEX's are quite good! Anyone else have problems with CEX?

...still, maybe I should swallow my pride and take up their offer!

For all UK residents, GAME are doing an offer where if you trade in your old DS, you can get the DS lite for £59.99. They are accepting pre-orders now and most shops have non-working models in store for you to 'try-out'. All stores will have both the White and Black models available at launch.

Despite the vapourware, why hasn't anyone released just the lapboard! Looked like a great idea to me. Shame it was attached to the phantom though...

#12 I think with games like this, the idea is to create your own challenges! The obvious 'big challange' to me would be to take a creature from the cellular level all the way up to highest level where you can space travel.

I'm very excited about spore, its the most exciting game inovation I have ever seen :-) (although the DS and the Wii come close)
