Not only that, Rodney, but we are not really "bashing" this fix.
We are merely implying that minor fix to correct a launch issue doesn't make up for the last 2 months of incompetence.
Yes, xbox had its problems too. We "bashed" MS for them then. But look! 99% of the xbox problems have been solved BEFORE the launch of the PS3 and it costs $200 less! So once again, PS3 is always playing catch up. They are playing catch up in bugs, price, AND graphics! Is that really so hard to understand?
So with all that in mind, I have to ask AGAIN....what is the value in buying a PS3 NOW? (if you say Resistance, I will reach through the internet and give you the worst purple nurple you have ever had.)
Oh I'll probably run them all again at least once to show myself how far I've come since level 60.
But then I see no point to them either.
What could Blizz have done to get people to play them? Blizz needs to learn about the idea of unlockable areas or other content. If you couldn't access several expansion areas until you completed quests in older dungeons/raids, I guarantee you'd get a lot of people playing your older content. That means any time someone rolls a new toon...you get people going through your older dungeons.
A month??? Nov. 17th release date --> Jan. 24 (still not actually released in U.S. either) is over TWO months moron.
And that is just to fix something that the included PS2 chip was supposed to do to perfection at launch.
I guess I can't blame you for clinging to any shred of good Sony news though. If I waisted $600, I'd spend every moment I could trying to convince myself I made a good decision too.
I don't see many other than Sony doing that much to help the PSP (MGS and GTA shadows notwithstanding).
I think SE feels a certain obligation to help out Sony. After all, Sony did bail them out after that BOMB of a movie, Spirits Within, almost brought them to financial ruin.
That being said, I admit my SE fanboyishness. PSP has my attention (finally) if this is true and delivers.
"Right, the one that costs more and wastes more is the Republican."
Yeah.....cuz Republicans are SOOOO thrifty.
This war hasn't cost us a thing and is SOOOOOOOOO worth it.
Or perhaps you feel hitting on pages isn't a waste?
Besides...if anything, Wii is an independent. You know...the the little guy that makes sense while the two "big boys" fight each other for the right to tell you what you really want.

Jan 24th 2007 11:35AM (Joystiq)Color me impressed. I may actually think they are more than piss and wind when they speak in the future.
Other PR big wigs would do well to take note. They may actually learn how to slowly but surely win someone's trust.
