now that I look at it again thats cell shading and isn't part of the allure of cell shading?The cartoonish level of the graphics would be outta place though.

quit being graphics whores when the premise was described,you should be able to go "well fu*k that" not when you see graphics that aren't up to your standards graphics don't make the game,but apparently they make you people pay $60

Wow you people are biased,I mean i didn't read every post cause i got tired of reading post after post of ppl defending their virtual saviour that is gears,but hes right,all it did was basically add the option to blind fire to the standard shooter formula,toss in the cutscene that passes for melee,drop any skill when throwing grenades and you have a game that according to the reviews themselves thats basically standing on the legs of its graphics and sound,sure its fun but that dosen't make it "next gen".Next gen has meant graphics and sound improvements since the dreamcast added online gameplay so in that way yea gears is next gen,nothing new but it looks nice....and it makes skinny nerds feel like big muscular men

Nintendo isn't that big anymore,the wii may change that but your example indicates ppl can identify mario,or mario with nintendo but not nintendo with video games.Older ppl usually have outdated views and they may not know of any system past the genesis,i mean rappers don't talk about 64s and gamecube in their cars,none of us may like it but they say.......playstation

Price isn't musch of a concern to me if the software is there cause if you want something you make it happen,maybe not at first but eventually,but when bushnell said ppl buy software i went...some do.I have a pal thats gonna buy ps3 just cause its the "new playstation"
