Just to let you know, Apple doesn't have these TWO (yes two: http://bit.ly/9Hpd0) trademarks JUST YET. Not until the status says "REGISTERED"

I recommend, subscribing to the free status alerts to be automatically updated everytime the trademark applications' status updates.
