To those who were not so satisfied about what I said My rebuttal is thus. I do not profess to be a lawyer, or to know the details of foreign legislation, but if I had a dollar for every time I heard someone claim to be a lawyer on some internet forum I would have a fair share of dollars. The "evidence" is the server all the rest is pure speculation. I do not know all the details but I also know that I cannot rebut a person before gaining all the details. Sometimes people have a tendency to shoot first and ask question later. I had thought people would be more civilized about the matter instead of making threats "Begin reverse IP lookup".

Wow. We got the whole mob mentality going on here. Too bad they are trying to blame these three individuals for numerous other crimes, of which they hold no evidence. If you did a little research you will find that the only "evidence" that the Spanish government claims to have is a server from which the suspect the attacks originated from. This will not hold up in court due to the fact that a good hacker can use almost any server that they so choose to make the attack from. Some of you are to quick to angry and vengeance. The fact that a highly trained group would keep that sever just shows how unlikely it is that it is them. But by all means light up the torches.
