Yes, the online portion of an RE game is SOOO much more important than being able to play the game without getting frustrated every 5 seconds.... it does look pretty though.

But you can run...stop....turn slowly... pull up your reticule... aim slowly at your enemy... and fire until you quickly run out of bullets and are forced to use a silly knife mechanic

Man if I had read some of the wacky comments on here before actually reading the review, I would have assumed he didn't like the game... good thing I know otherwise and will be purchasing it when it comes out.

The worst part is that in RE4 I would always run back, or on top of a roof top then shoot as the enemies came in, when I tried to do that in the demo some bitch just kept yelling for me to help her. They should have kept this in the survival horror genre and not made it co-op, or made it control like uncharted/gears.

To tell you the truth if they wanted to keep the control scheme they should have bit the bullet and put it on wii, at least on that system you can turn with some sort of speed.

If you judging how good XBLA or wiiware is based on graphics I REALLY think you missing the point. There's plenty of bad LOOKING games on both.

I had heard before (I think on a podcast) that in Japan they mainly sell tons of portable systems (mainly ds, and phones) and so if some ds game sold huge for Japan, and didn't sell at all in the other two countries it wouldn't make the list.

also piracy (not piracy as in games about pirates, but people stealing games) probably had an effect on Left4Dead
