You know, the PS3 offers split screen co-op but the system is packaged with one controller. If you want to play two player, you buy a second one.

This isn't any different.

Luckily, they also announced $60 glasses sold separately, so if you have the money to drop $499 on this bundle, an extra $60 isn't that big of a deal.

Not true. Resistance 1 is being re-packaged this fall with Resistance 2, and they will not be adding trophies to it.

May 24? That's only a week after LA Noire and that game will require at least a month of attention from me. GAH! I hate when all the games I want come out at the same time.

I remember a couple years ago reading that Sony had a choice between holding the rights of Demon's Souls or White Knight Chronicles, and they chose WKC, probably because of the whole FF/Dragon Quest market that would potentially eat it up and that Demon's Souls would be too much of a niche game and turn off a lot of potential consumers because of it's difficulty.

So yeah, they made WKC2 which bombed so hard in Japan they had no plans to port it to the US, and now Demon's Souls has an awesome sequel that is begging for my money and my sanity when it comes out later this year. Wouldn't you be pissed too?

If they don't have 3D functionality, what about a built-in headset and mic? That would be more useful to the majority of consumers out there instead of appealing to the 0.005% of the population that has 3D TV's right now.

This is great and all, but when will Harmonix release the LSD expansion that will let us get the FULL Jimi Hendrix "experience"? Don't tell me that's sold separately!
