I really wish it didn't have cartridges.
My two strikes against it:
- very little battery for 3DS games
- the device supports cartridges still rather than downloads

Even the new iPod Touch with its 1GB processor can't handle too many applications being open while I crank Infinity Blade...

No, you don't have the right to steal software. People talk about jailbreaking their iPod all the time at my high school, and as a programmer it sickens me.

@chrisgrant will the iPhone version be supporting the retina display soon? Joystiq and Game Dev Story are my only apps that don't have retina support...
