Because this would be PERFECT hanging in the livingroom right above my game collection (which includes every Fallout ever, including this: http://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/18251/fallout-warfare). It would add to the ambiance when my friends and I play Gamma World each week as well. I tell you, this thing was meant for me.
It's no surprise. Most recent OLC games require a HDD in order to access full functionality. It's just one of the reasons stores like GameStop add "OLC" to the end of titles for games with such requirements. That way the employees can let the buyer know what's up.
That's bullshit. The store I work at has strict policies regarding the sale of M rated games. We go over the ESRB with parents and they rarely give a damn. I have parents of 8 year olds roll their eyes when I go over the content of GTA and God of War with them. The fact that parents try and blame the video game industry is a bunch of crap. I'm a Glenlivet man. Keep a bottle of 18 yr by my writing desk at all times. If I'm in a social setting I usually sip on a Glenlivet based Rusty Nail. Always neat.
