And what metric are you using to determine how much work can be done in a given time? If every tic of time can correspond to a task being completed and time can be divided infinitesimally then any problem can be solved in any given time.

Jul 29th 2010 10:01AM (Engadget)I don't know why people want these displays to watch movies and sports. As you can see, a problem is introduced if you have an environment. This type of display only works on objects that take up a finite space. In a movie where the landscape goes on forever where does the clipping happen?
If 2 people are looking at the same display 180 degrees apart do they both see the landscape going in either direction? If so, background objects that one person sees would block the subject from the other person's view. See the problem here?

May 26th 2010 6:01PM (Engadget)Interesting idea but it poses some huge challenges for sites like this. If I'm browsing page 3 and I want to continue where I left off later page 3's content may now be on page 4 or 5. However this should be simple enough within an article since the URLs are distinct.
