If Iwata doesn`t think piracy is stealing sales, then why did Nintendo, acting on behalf of game developers, sue sellers of R4 flashcard and Wii modders in UK and Australia for loss of sales? And won hundreds of thousand dollars in damages?

The WRC demo crashes every time I tried to start the game...
