The Raid Finder (LFR) does not lock you out from any loot in the traditional organised 10m/25m formats. Those behave as you would expect. You are locked out from other chances of loot only on the LFR bosses that you were eligible for (were present for the kill). Even passing, or not being able to roll at all will lock you out. You have one chance per week at any given LFR boss for loot, though no limit on repeating the bosses for practice/helping friends etc.
@Rajah No that is not correct. If you were eligible for loot, by having been present when a boss was killed then you will be locked out from any loot from it that week. Even if did not roll either by passing or simply because you were not able to. Otherwise you could simply pass and repeat multiple times during the week until you got a specific item of loot.
It appears that the quest for a given artifact might be limited to a monthly quest, as in once per any given faire. There would have to be some sort of artificial throttle to prevent simply buying your way to the tokens and rep.
@Noyou It is regularly brought up and has been stated as a technical limitation, and therefore not something they can just do easily or it would have been done already.
For a pet to be superior, it would really I think have to be a rare and not something you can essentialy buy to demand. Whether it was bought for that reason or not, the fact that it is trivial to obtain would have to be taken into account.
We need more mechanics which can one-shot, or wtfpwn a group if they ignore it. We need less of the AoE and more single target priorities or threats which if not dealt with will wipe a group irrespective of gear.
Not always CC reliant since that can vary and in some rare cases be very lacking, but in target switching.
The Drahga Shadowburner fight in Grim Batol is a very good example I feel. The adds, the Invocations of Flame really do hurt if they go ignored or not dealt with sufficiently. Potentially even killing members of the group. That is what we need more of mechanics wise. One not reliant on any specific group composition, specs or CC's but simply knowledge of the fight, and something you need to deal with quickly.
In what way could a dungeon be randomized as to offer sufficient variety, but not be full of potential bugs or exploits.
There would have to be fixed options for terrain or environments, at least as one continuous zone. Could be more varied with a portal or other instanced sub-zone transportation system.
Would really have to be limited locations within any given region for trash, and/or bosses. Mechanics such as space requirements or environmental hazards would make their locations predictable.
Tank, Ranged DPS, Melee DPS, Healer I would assume the description to mean, and not the simplified dungeon finder roles of simply tank, healer or dps. Those are options no other hybrids are capable of fulfilling, druid being the only one able to tank and fulfill both dps roles.
Titan Panel has support for both its own proprietry system and supports LDB which makes it an ideal addon to continue using if you are transitioning to LDB from Titan Panel. However due to that additional support it does have a little bit of an overhead compared to one solely supporting the one standard, so is less suited to those using just LDB.
Legendaries cease to be Legendaries if they are not this big carrot on a stick. If they are not so overpowered then they cease to be something that you want to earn as a guild. They become a secondary objective, for completion sake rather than a real goal. They are impossible to balance as a Legendary.
