Everything works in my bundle except for the drums. You have to hit the red pad with way too much force to even get a medium loud hit. It also sometimes triggers the yellow cymbal if you hit it. Oh and it misses notes when you hit yellow and red at the same time.

Holy hell a Journeyman reference! One of those shows that got screwed by its time slot.
