Windows 7 is the first since 98SE that I won't be getting my refund for. But making fun of someone for paying too much for an OS should not be done by Windows users, especially since 7 is what people should have got with Vista. Microsoft also really needs to do away with all these versions, there is no reason "Ultimate" should cost so bloody much more than the basic version.

Really? I was waiting for them to put the B/C back in. I'd rather not buy a used unit, but I definitely won't be buying a PS3 if I have to keep my PS2 sitting right next to it. And I play FFXI, so I have a fat PS2 with Hard Drive & Network Adapter. I can deal with a fat unit, I can't deal with the stripping of necessary (at least to me) functionality. I only hope that all the people buying the new PS3 Slims will help drop the price on the 60GB I want.

SyFy had lost me even before they rebranded. The only downside to this is that BBCA tends to reside in a higher priced package of channels. I get SyFy with only one upgrade from Basic, I have to take another two steps up in price and channels I will never watch to get that one station.

Sony is a big business and because of this it must, by definition, be evil. I've allready stopped buying microsoft products a long time ago and it looks like my PSP will be the last sony product I purchace. i think they allready overstepped themselves with all the stuff they're cramming into the PS3 and it's price tag kinda takes it out of the casual gamer market. If sony wasn't such a massive company I'd predict the PS3 putting it under, but it is, so I won't.
