AC: revelations. i finally put in a little time and hit the stage where the game gets addictive (good "hourly" income, new weapons, assassin training)...
play the green lantern game that was released this year for xbox or ps3 (i played the xbox version). it's by no means even in the same ballpark as the Arkhams in terms of quality, but it's still a damn fun game (and short, only about 8-10 hours), especially considering it's a movie tie-in product. makes for a very fun rental.
that's great, but there are quite a few people out there who do, myself included. i hoped they would treat this like the handheld ps3 that it is and make it simple to switch profiles.. oh well...
it's become pretty much the industry standard to include codes in GOTY editions, but it still really bugs me. from the developer/publisher's PoV, i definitely see why they do it. it's infinitely easier and cheaper to print up a bunch of little pieces of paper and have the computer generate X random codes. i get it, i really do. as a consumer though, even though i have a very solid internet connection since moving in with my gal pal (in a city), i still revert back to my previous state of having terrible internet (rural area) at my parents' house. the reason i always purchased the GOTY editions is so that i didn't have to deal with downloading a bunch of stuff that could take quite a while. please print a new disc with the stuff on it (a la Oblivion or Fallout 3), i would GREATLY appreciate it. clearly this is a first world problem, but it's something that irks me every time i open a GOTY edition game and find the standard disc and 7 cards with codes.

me: dear mr. sony, will the vita support multiple accounts?
mr. sony: no. next question.

Dec 5th 2011 7:46PM (Joystiq)to be fair, you can't really compare the steam prices of games to the price for console versions. steam prices can't be beaten when items are on sale.
