Disney/Mickey might be a bad example as they convinced congress to CHANGE copyright law pretty much just so they could hang on to Mickey for another 20 years.

Blizzard is NOT banning people who use Cadega. It's just lame botters/gold sellers trying to point the finger at someone else. They complained enough to get Cadega's attention, but not enough to fool Blizzard.

PS1/PS2 graphics look like crap on PS3

It's also only on games that aren't 480p, or true 480i resolution. (Just the ones that use PS2's crappy 'almost' 480i res. Like MGS2 and ZoE2 uses.)
