I've had mine since launch and ZERO issues. I've left it on all night, all day, playing it all day, whatever. Also I play very often so its gotten a lot of playing time out of that machine. Yet no problems. I think some people are just making shit up.

Maybe the second disc is for installing the multiplayer maps? Then you could use the first disc to play either single or multiplayer. Or just a map editor, who knows. I sure ain't going to cry like a sony fanboy and say it needs blu-ray. Do you idiots remember that gran truismo 1 & 2 was on 2 discs? Derrrrrr.

I was a Nintendo fanboy since the NES days all the way to the N64. I was going to get a PS2 at launch of that system and a GC but I looked at the Xbox and got one at launch instead. I never regreted that. Halo lan games on the university network was the best. We could play anyone on campus. Some of the best times I ever had in gaming. I've been a huge Xbox supporter ever since. Not a fanboy, just a huge supporter.

I've had a 360 since day 1 with ZERO problems. For a wack system it seems to have more game people enjoy then the PS3. The shit that comes out of your mouth probably hurts your cause then help it.

Also, how many american products can you say do well in Japan? Maybe the Ipod and Windows, those are standards in their respects areas. Do you see many american cars sold over there? No.

And Kid, I'm glad you say you only bought an extra controller and thats it. I was able to buy the premium system, 2 games, and controller for less. You must have ran out of money to buy a game. Understandable.
