I think that they might be over thinking this just a tiny bit. I read this yesterday and while an interesting read it is a bit of stretch. I was listening to the Game Theory podcast a couple of weeks back and they asked Kim Swift about the use of female characters and she seemed to suggest that it was just what they worked out and seemed best and that there wasn't any sort of hidden feminist message in it.

this is BS. My DSL broke about 2 weeks ago, I had a massive ink blotch on my top screen. There was no crack on the screen at least that is visible to the naked eye and I treat my DSL like a precious little baby. I phoned Nintendo customer service and was told that it would not be covered because the only way this could have happened is if I dropped it (I didn't) and I was told that I would have to pay $80 to get it fixed.

This guy gets beet spilled in his DSL and Nintendo fixes it for free. I wonder if I call up Nintendo now maybe they will send me a free replacement.

This is pretty slick. Its nice to see Insomniac go a different route and not just release the standard multiplayer pack and actually try to give new life to the single player experience.

I guess this means they aren't going to be fixing the current B/C issues anytime soon.

I'm sorry but this ****ing stupid and useless. My digital cable box already gives me this plus loads of other more useful features. People with Wiis are going to use it for all of about 10 minutes then see it for the piece of shit feature that it is.
