@GuitarHero666 Exactly. Just goes to show how much of an impact the game made on the world. So I guess I can't fault them for trying to grasp as many straws as this franchise's name might still have left.

The headline made me sigh, thinking "Oh great, another game giving up its cool little niche to try and make some more money."

Lol. Popular game torrents will pretty much always download at least twice as fast as most digital distributors.

I personally find Mario Kart DS to be the best game in the series (before having played this version.) How does this match up to MKDS? Also, how terrible is the rubber-banding in this, is it like Mario Kart Wii was? My friend and I would go online with that game and not touch the controller for around 60-90 seconds into the race, and we would get 1st and 2nd place every time... terrible.

One related example that comes to mind is Super-Skrull being an enemy in one of the Fantastic Four movie games. (Rise of the Silver Surfer, I think)

@maveric101 Yeah, I don't know whats up with the title, but if you add up the cost of the "alternative options" the price comes up to about $357 (case excluded, pre-tax, etc) for a complete rig that is capable of running the game. Specs aren't all that, but the point is that you can build a PC for pretty darn cheap.
