If you're going to call "copyright infringement" please get it right. This is more trademark infringement. If even that. Copying an idea isn't against the law. Unless you copy the exact same thing (generally).

I haven't really been interested in these band-centric versions so I have no idea, but how much do these things cost? They can't take too much development time (it's easy to just drop in the notes, the engine's already there, and the graphics aren't too complicated) so I can't see them justifying a full $60.

Okay, this has been going on for too long. Most web comics suck. I think we all know it. And the people who "lol" or "rofl" at them are, most of the time, complete morons (or the authors of the comics). The worst part is when the author tries to explain or talk about the meaning of the comic. If it's a good comic you don't have to say ANYTHING! It speaks for itself. If it sucks and you have to explain it... then it sucks even more!

Sorry for the rant. I'm a little angry about other things at the moment. And no, I'm not going to do a "/rant" at the end of this.

I'm still amazed that internal betas don't pick this up (if a lot of people have this problem). They may say that it's because it's a complicated game... but that should actually make you test it more.

And my opinion is based on not having Live access. Which means I can't update games after they're released. Which sucks.
