Can Whirlwind still be viable for single target dps rotation? Considering that Raging Blow is on a 5 sec CD and from what I've heard Bloodthirst is now on a 3 sec CD, it doesn't seem to hurt to throw in a WW into that rotation; at least from my POV. What is your take on the matter?
