God I feel so behind with Reach. 360 got shipped for repairs on the day of launch. If I'm lucky I can get it back next week (Repair status says done).

Did you check something for email, or is that by default? I went to redeem my points and it said it would be sent to my physical address. I don't recall it saying anything about an email?

The order process confirmation email even says my physical address without ever mentioning my email?

Would be AWESOME if they did use email.

OK, just did it. SO DUMB!

1. They're physically mailed instead of emailed (WHY!?)
2. It reportedly takes 8-12 weeks (HOW!?)
3. You can only get one 100 point card at a time (*DIES FROM LOGIC DEPRIVATION*)

So they lose money giving the points away, then lose more money by not allowing you to place bulk orders, and finally they lose even more money by physically shipping them (Instead of emailing them).

I'm not sure this is worth it anymore. . .

So, people who redeemed points so far. For the MSPoints, have you gotten the codes via email or are they mailing them to you?

I have a PO Box, so there's always an issue with Microsoft. I need to know if I should use my sister's address on this (Since according to Microsoft and USPS.com my house doesn't exist and I'm posting from nowhere >_>)

Interesting so I have 275, you guys have 288, and my buddy has 326?

So why did I only get 3 points for the "Current Offers" and my buddy got 12 points each? I'm only at 275, while he's at 326.

Was it because I was using Firefox instead of IE? Eitherway, on my gaming rig Bing freezes Firefox, so I'm disabling it there. I'll just occasionally start up IE. for this

Are the MSPoints emailed or shipped?

No, I use the power button. I did all the trouble shooting myself (Then MS support made me do it all over again >_>) and they deemed it a hardware problem (As I kept my HDD since it didn't seem to be a corrupted data problem).
