How about this.

Fear breaks whenever the target is dealt additional damage/spells, except the current Dots already affecting the target. If you try to cast another DOT/shadow bolt, it automatically breaks. This way, the warlock must cast all his dots before fearing to ensure maximum damage. He can't just fear you and apply dots later while you are being feared. This makes fear a defensive spell instead of an opening move and can still be used effectively in pve.

Also the difference between Polymorph and fear is that fear affects more than one player.

Yup. This is true.

I see modded Wiis being sold at our local Gamestore. Other established stores though sell the original unmodified Wii almost twice the price ( Toy Kingdom ) citing Wii shortages overseas. Other smaller stores will sell a modified Wii for the price of the Wii + a mod chip. Which one would you choose?

Some people I know stick to their convictions and just buy original games from respected retailers (Ex. DataBlitz). Others will try one or two games and buy the original if they liked it than spending $50 on some crappy game (SpiderMan 3).

At least Nintendo are selling them like hotcakes here, compared to the PS3s.
