IMO, Eternal Sonata > Tales of Vesperia. I thought Vesperia was a rather lackluster entry in the series, and it felt really archaic. Eternal Sonata may not have done much new, but at least it wasn't a chore to play through and benefitted from a completely batshit story.
It's ridiculous how much the original game goes for. I remember the Capcom online store still selling it practically to the end of the last generation of consoles ... I've been myself for never buying it. Here's hoping 3DS has a Virtual Console for portable system games so I'll get to try it.
I'd feel bad, but there's only like three or four commercially availablue Blu-ray 3D films out there right now, maybe they'll fix it by the time Up, Toy Story 3, and Avatar 3D are on Blu-ray 3D.
Those eyes ... it's like Best Buy PC game isle circa 1997 all over again! I can just imagine Lords of Magic, Leisure Suit Larry: Love for Sail, and Jurassic Park Trespasser shelved alongside it.
