@drunkingamebar Possibly the worst name for a game ever

@TheHyphenator dude, this isn't the 90's anymore. there's no more clear divide of a pc master race who enjoy their intellectual games and the dumb console gamer who mainly plays COD.

LA noire was a good example of a game that may be not be traditional, but good marketing (and the Rockstar effect) made it a hit on the consoles.

Alan Wake's biggest problem was going against RDR, it should have released on some other date.

@blessrok THIS so much. Alpha Protocol is one of the most underrated games in years. If you can look pasts it's problems, it's fantastic. Was also a bit disappointed with Mass Effect 2!

@Caveat I really disliked Dead Money (expect for the equipment you get).

Was this based on the book or the series? The music sounded kind of like the theme from the series.. :p

@squallgengar DS version is hardly the greatest. The fact is, the original SNES version is still the best one. Heck, I'd even rate the PSX version above the DS version. Why?

- DS's versions new, smaller font isn't as good
- The new UI isn't very intuitive
- The most important reason: The original translation is far more intesteting and fun (and I'm not saying this just because of nostalgia), even if less accurate. Woolsey breathes extra life into the script
- The bonus features are not worth mentioning. They basicly look like dungeons made with rpg maker. Check out the new retcon ending from youtube.
- This game is meant to be played on the big screen!

@DigitalEmporer No, but because that happens in most matches. It's the referee's job to stop the match, not the fighter's. That's why you see them pouncing on the opponent in the UFC when they KO or rock them and the ref stops it when the other fighter is not intelligently defending himself.

In the previous games when you hit a KO the match is stopped instantly which isn't what really happens in real life.

@sonofman This game needs dungeon crawler or roguelike features BAD. I could see endless possibilities. I am not sure if the adventure update is enough.. but we'll see.
