Feb 5th 2012 6:12PM (Joystiq)I jumped in with Persona 3 FES (which is a great place to start, btw), but any of them are playable on their own. There sometimes is minor crossover between titles in the series, but these are usually references for fans who played the other games-- nothing plot specific. Like others have mentioned, there are similar themes present in all the SMT games, but each story is stand alone, and they all do a good job of letting you learn the ins-and-outs of their own gameplay. You will not be lost if you just pick one and try it.

Jan 11th 2012 9:48AM (Joystiq)Sony constantly updates the XMB, they just don't visually overhaul it. It maintains the same easy-to-use interface, but they add features all the time. Including Move support (it's in there).
The problem with the Move itself is that it's a hardcore version of the Wii, something casual players likely already have. They see the Kinect as something new and different, whereas the Move is simply a more expensive version of the Wii with fewer games.
