It looks good, but it will have to wait until I'm done playing Gears of War 3 which comes out on the same day.

It's kind of funny this BF vs COD fighting. To me they are two different games. One appeals to the lone wolf, one appeals to the team player/tactician. Personally, sometimes I'm in the mood for one or the other. I think people get tripped up because they have similar themes, but they're really different games in their own right.

And really, who cares? Play what you like and let others do the same.

So all you paying for the Domains By Proxy hiding service should probably stop since it obviously does nothing to protect you when the pressure is on.

If you actually read through these documents, Activision seems to have a very strong case. Regardless of how you feel about Activision, West and Zampella along with EA were clearly out of line.

Anyway - This will never see a court room. It will all be settled out of court.

@A Sandwich - you obvioulsy haven't been in the work place too long. There's a common "rule" called the 80-20 Rule. It means that in any given work environment, 20% of the people there do 80% of the work, while 80% of the remaining people do 20% of the work. And guess what? Usually all involved get the same amount of credit or are at least seen as working equally.

It seems the only time I have issues with parties is when one of my party has a moderate NAT type and the rest of us have Open NAT. Hopefully, the UPnP part of the latest patch will help. Personally, I just keep my console in the DMZ of my router.

@Billlop - And enjoy all the laggy play and constant disconnects? No thank you. I own both a PS3 and an Xbox 360 and play BO on both. Playing BO on the Xbox 360 is much more enjoyable than playing on the PS3 IMO.

And before anyone asks, I have both because I have smart friends on Xbox and knucklehead friends on PS3 and even though they're knuckleheads, I do enjoy playing with them from time to time.
