the consumers have been cheated with the current kinect low performance.
I mean, from the previous Eurogamer article, from the interview, you only have 10 pixels to work on the hand.wtf is up with that.poor developers have to make their own solution with abit of zooming and algorithm interpolation.I was so disappointed with Kinect.Im glad m$ decided to clean up their mess, and working on making the Kinect work to its full potential.I mean, their excuse was the xbox cant handle kinect full spec.and suddenly after a great sale number, they have a solution for it?thats got m$ all over, they want your money 1st before they start to work their lazy behind.
hope other games wont be as disappointing as Kinect joy ride.

Its not that complicated really.Ppl steps over patents and IPs everyday, thats why theres a job for patent checker.But unless you take it as whole, you wont be sued.If you use parts of it, you might have to pay some royalties.Ppl get sued if you used parts of them without acknowledgement.Like how a particular minimap of most open world game, is the IP of Rockstar Games.An example would be Infamous and Prototype minimap, which is an IP from Rockstar's GTA.

Might get in on the PS3, bought PC version years ago, and the DRM is so frustrating, theres so much to update online, took me 5 hours to install the game.Played awhile, then theres bugs all over, I havent bothered playing since then.

So, its a good thing to get this bundle, just pop in the console and play.
No more headache.

are you some kind of idiot or something? People PAY him to predict, and this one is just one of his "free ones".Besides, the graphic chip cost, for both raw materials and manufacturing of 360s and PS3s are going as cheap as 30$ (this is for the graphic only)

for PC, you lose profit as technology progress
for console, you gain profit as time passes by, cos things got cheaper, and production costs too.

just think of selling consoles as selling a cheap mid range cpu with an outdated gc
